Church Soliciting at Legends Edinburg

Yesterday I had my first door-to-door solicitor in my apartment complex, a member of a church east of the university inviting me to go to that church to watch movies last night.


I can understand the desire for churches in the area to want to reach out to new students as the school year begins. But the property has no soliciting signs displayed prominently and to have a church in violation does not give a favorable impression of churches.


There are a number of reasons why churches are in decline, but churchgoers need to admit that churches themselves share some of the responsibility.
