Mass Shootings Around the World

According to a reputable source which follows the relevant statistics, "to date in 2019, the United States has had 249 mass shootings, while Mexico had three, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Brazil and Canada had one, and many other countries none occurred at all."


I would like our country to have a serious discussion about why other nations have found a solution to this problem and we have not. Are we open to learning from other nations? Is the major problem here really mental illness?
