My Morning Routine at Gold's Gym

I go to the gym every Monday through Friday when I can get to bed early enough the preceding evening. I usually swim, work on weights, or do core and cardio exercises from 5 to 6am.

Most of us are serious about our physical health, but I am not sure going to a gym before 5 am shows good mental health.

Speaking of health, my physician told me she often gives people diagnoses when nothing is really wrong so insurance will pay for later tests. I have heard the same is done by psychotherapists. I now wonder how many illness statistics reflect real illnesses and how many are just to get insurance coverage for patients. Do you have any idea?
