Possible Source of Congolese Migrants

I reported a large group of Congolese recently came through South Texas from across the Rio Grande and immigration officials were wondering why they came. I have since learned some think these Africans may be among those Brazil brought to that country in a hurry when construction projects for the recent Olympic Games fell far behind. Once the Olympics were over, the Africans had no place to go so they headed north.

Migration is an international issue with about 70 million people now displaced. International solutions are needed.
