Rev. Robert Greene

The Missouri Synod pastor who was President of Lutheran Social Service of Texas while I chaired the board died last weekend. He will be buried this next weekend north of Austin.

Upbring has a center for unaccompanied migrant youth in McAllen and is now preparing to open a second center there.

Neil Norquest also served on the board during those days.
