Romans 13 v. Revelation 13

Recently, a television preacher criticized critics of the president by citing Romans 13, a passage historically used by a variety of leaders to encourage support of the current government in nations all over the world. Unfortunately, Romans 13 has been used to support dictators and tyrants over the centuries.

I seldom hear these preachers quote Revelation 13, a passage written during a time of church persecution where obedience to the government was not a good choice.
