I have been reading recently about the differences between hierarchical and collegial leadership styles and wonder which is more effective at First Lutheran. This is one of the topics we will explore as we work on defining our mission as a congregation.

Both Bishop Eaton and Bishop Briner have suggested congregations not have remote or virtual Holy Communion services. I suggest First Lutheran abide by this advice and not have Holy Communion services
